Our Story
Himalayan Heights was founded in 2024 out of a simple realization: traditional residential real estate wasn’t delivering the level of cash flow and scalability we were looking for. After years of active investing, we began searching for an asset class that offered stronger income, greater stability, and true passivity.
That search led us to healthcare real estate—an often-overlooked sector defined by essential demand, high tenant retention, and resilience across economic cycles. We started deliberately, acquiring a small two-property portfolio in rural Vermont as a proof of concept. It wasn’t about scale—it was about validation. At the same time, raising capital proved challenging. Early on, we faced repeated rejection and ultimately funded a majority of our first deal ourselves to move forward. That discipline and conviction became the foundation of our firm.
Since then, Himalayan Heights has grown to approximately $20 million in assets under management, focusing on stabilized, institutional-quality healthcare properties in markets often overlooked by larger players. Our mission is clear: to provide investors access to resilient, income-producing healthcare real estate opportunities that have traditionally been difficult to access. We’re building with a long-term perspective—grounded in fundamentals, driven by performance, and focused on consistency.
