Himalayan Heights Real Estate Investment Group is a commercial real estate (CRE) company that buys and adds value to healthcare real estate properties across the United States. We aim to provide our investors with consistent cash flow opportunities and market-beating returns! We have a very strict underwriting process and review 100+ deals before bringing the best opportunities to our investors.
Our Story
Founded in 2024, after years of successful residential real estate investing, we founded Himalayan Heights. Motivated by the higher growth and cash flow potential of commercial real estate (CRE), we expanded our ventures into the Multifamily, Healthcare and Retail sectors. Ultimately, we decided to concentrate on the niche asset class of Healthcare Real Estate. As limited partners on initial projects, we delved deeply into the world of healthcare real estate, captivated by its recession-resilience and high tenant retention. Our passion for healthcare real estate led us to create Himalayan Heights with a mission to democratize access to top-tier healthcare real estate deals, breaking down capital barriers for retail investors and empowering them to partake in lucrative healthcare real estate investment opportunities previously beyond their reach.
